ok, i have the slim ps2 and i have a ethernet cord thing, but everytime i plug it in the back of the ps2 and the back of my computer, when i test the connection, it says that the connection time ran out, and it wouldnt let me go on. so do i need like a CD or sumthing, cuz thts wat i heard frum sum other ppl? PLEASE HELP!
p.s. this is another question abt the ps2 (slim). does the slim PS2 get overheated and then ';blows up';? just asking, because im afraid if it does overheat, but i have heard tht my friends play it non stop and nothing happens.... help?HELP! i need HELP with how to play PS2 games online!?
The timing out thing is ususally because of a weak connection.
Make sure you arent putting strain on the internet through the PC by down/uploading or streaming.
You do not need a format CD.
It will only overheat if you play non stop for about a week which i dont beleive is humanly possible.
PLaying for a few hours or even all day wont allow it to overheat because sony makes reliable consoles.
Unlike one of their competitors, I wont point fingers but ir rhymes with Sex Locks.
