How can I go online with SOCOM for the PS2? (any from the series)?

ok so i have one of the tinier ps2s and i dont know how to get online like at all!! can someone please give me a walk through of what i need to do to get the right stuff and hook it up to the internet then go online with SOCOM????How can I go online with SOCOM for the PS2? (any from the series)?
